More Like a Mini-Whistle Kettle This is a good looking kettle for a not too expensive price. The water heats quickly, has a sturdy hook/latch where you lift to pour out the hot water and the handle stays cool. However, I bought a whistling kettle because of family members And myself become busy with tasks and sometimes forget we’ve put water on to boil so the whistle would be a great benefit.

Get what you pay for. The bottom leaked after rusting around the seam. Unusable after 3 months. I did find it to be an attractive design. Would’ve like to have had it last a lot longer.
