and is easy to remove and clean This teapot is exactly what I was looking for. The basket is large allowing tea to steep thoroughly, and is easy to remove and clean. The handle is comfortable and does not get too hot to hold. The spout pours well and does not dribble or spill. All this and a simple, elegant design that appears to be well made.
