(Revised) Good product…until it cracked after only four months of use. **Second update: as it turned out, the company offered to replace the tea pot- good on them- but then wanted me to pay the shipping. Based on the principle of the matter, in that a product that I did not pay shipping for the first time around failed through no fault of my own, I did not accept, and thus have not had the chance to re-test this little pot. Instead, I purchased this one: Hario Chacha Kyusu Maru Tea Pot, 700ml, and it has been working equally well. No cracks yet…
great for lovers of loose tea Love using loose tea but hate cleaning out a teapot. With the filter, this is so easy and after you remove the filter and the tea leaves, they are easy to discard when they have cooled.
