Good Memories and Tea I bought this tea pot because it reminds me of my tea breaks in bed and breakfasts in Great Britain and Scotland. It serves that purpose well, all nostalgia and good memories. One of good friends has the same reaction to the tea pot. So I consider it a success. Also it’s nice to take with me out on the porch. No China to risk breaking.
I love it. My daughter brought me back some dried … I love it. My daughter brought me back some dried jasmine flowers, from Istanbul. I can pour hot water over one, in this tea pot. I get to watch it bloom, and I get 3 cups of tea from it. The spout has a strainer, so no loose bits to deal with.
Nice item, great price, suffers in comparison to ceramic pots Good capacity, insulated handle made pour ing safe and easy even with a full pot of hot tea. Fit of lid was slightly less than perfect but we spilled no tea getting it open, and metal just suffers in comparison to ceramic pots
