Their walls are often thinner than those made of ceramic, and they have low heat transference compared to other materials, so also maintain the temperature of the tea liquor quite well but not as long as ceramics. Since white and green teas are brewed at lower temperatures, porcelain teapots will be most appropriate to use

Great I originally looked at this tea set. It’s pricey. So I opted for a cheaper set. Well, the cheaper set didn’t last long. So I finally got this set for use at work. I like it a lot. The design is simple and elegant. High quality build. The tea strainer is different from most but works really well. And cleaning is easy too. Highly recommended.
