I don’t see how these are as highly reviewed as they seem to be. After receiving this product I immediately went to wash them out as any one should do with a product that will be containing food items. All I used was running water and a wash cloth and somehow water still ended up getting in between the plastic and metal on the lid. I didn’t notice this issue until the next day when I started to fill the tins and noticed water leaking out from the lid. I tried to dry them with a towel but getting the water out from between the plastic and metal was next to…
Great little tins as long as you follow some basic principles about their use. I’m not sure why other people seemed to have had some problems with these, because they work great for me! The magnets stay stuck nice and tight to the fridge and the lids stay on snugly. The tins are each rather full of spices and I have no problems with them slipping at all. My only real complaint is that it can be hard to get the spices to pour out of the larger opening because it all gets stuck in there and has trouble getting past the “roadblock,” but since most spice containers…
