Wood nowhere near the same color as in the photograph. Completely different color than the pictures shown. The container was displayed with a deep brown cherry color to it; however mine appeared to just be the sanded wood with no finish. I’m not sure if this was a mistake or if the color display photographs have been altered. Having wood particles in matcha probably doesn’t taste very good. It’s a usable container, but for the price I was looking for something with a nicer aesthetic

Beautiful Matcha Bowl! I love this! There is plenty of room in which to make your matcha and not be crowded when using the chasen to mix it. The size is large enough to make enough for two or more people. The spout makes it really easy to pour so none is wasted when transferring it to smaller cups. The price seemed a little high at first but when I saw the quality I was very pleased.
