Great Tasting tea Love this tea and it helps to keep my Blood sugar in check for diabetes. This is the only tea I don’t put some kind of sweetener in it before I drink it, but I do admit I do put two drops of cinnamon oil in it, (DO NOT PUT any essential oil in your drinks UNLESS YOU KNOW that they are 100% SAFE TO TAKE INTERNALLY …. I use an certified therapeutic grade oil that is 100% safe to ingest)
Delicious This tea is relaxing and with honey is perfect. Use truvia which has no affect on blood glucose if that’s an issue. Doing many other dietary changes to control blood sugar so can’t say this has been the only change making a difference but it’s still something I drink a lot of.
