I use Mint Medley together with Plantation Mint I use this tea often, but in conjunction with Bigelow’s “Plantation Mint”. This, (Bigelow’s Mint Medley) has a slightly weaker flavor. I use 4-5 of these tea bags (no caffeine) with 4-5 bags of Plantation Mint (caffeinated) to make Sun Tea. I love Plantation Mint, but I like cutting my caffeine in half, too. So using both at the same time works well for me- very tasty. I give Plantation Mint 4-5 stars, Mint Medley, 4 stars.

More than for taste or digestion aid . . . I have used this tea for years to help whenever I have had digestive problems. Besides it’s value as a great drink – it also has value for ailments. It is good for headaches coming from sinus congestion or headaches coming from high blood pressure. It just makes you feel better after drinking a few cups of it. The taste is great – not too strong.
