Full body flavor and a little stale 😐 This was my favorite black tea for a long time. I used to buy it directly at a Teavana store at a local mall. I tried ordering this product from Amazon and even though the expiration date was far in the future, the tea does not brew well and seems stale.Other than an old shipment this tea has a full body, hints of chocolate and a great flavor. You only need a couple of these little balls to brew a great cup of tea. Highly recommended if fresh 🙂
A Very Excellent Product! As someone who is relatively new to loose leaf I was not sure what to expect but This is an excellent tea, each pearl is hand rolled as described and are very neat looking. the company shipped my order to me in the half the time that amazon said and it came in a small resealable bag with instructions on the back for making different teas. The leaves are good for at least 2 steepings and make a dark red liquor that is earthy and sweet on its own. I always add sugar to my tea but not a whole lot…
Amazing cup of tea but a pain to brew I ordered these in my quest for the best cup of tea. While these do make an amazing and flavorful cup of tea they can be difficult to brew. In my quest I’ve also searched for the best infuser as well, but that’s for another set of reviews.
