Like green tea, the needle-like leaves of the Rooibos plant contain potent antioxidants, but are naturally caffeine free and rich in calcium, zinc and other nutrients. We’ve infused authentic African Rooibos with succulent fruits and exotic spices to create our distinctive red tea blends. Nothing I would order again. It’s OK but nothing I would re-order. After drinking the somewhat pricy Mightly Leaf African Nectar this falls short.
