Some help for those that haven’t had gunpowder or other similar green teas before It WILL get bitter (like almost every other tea) if you don’t brew it right. Make sure the water isn’t boiling when you introduce it to the tea or you will get a very bitter taste. It’s like this with all of these types of tea. Herbals and stuff like that you don’t have to get water temp/timing right to keep it from being bitter but other teas like this one you really do.It is not a super high grade tea, but if you’re buying it at 15 dollars for 2.2 lbs you really shouldn’t…
