Makes the Stress and Tension disappear After a stressful day at work you will love this tea. It relaxes you and the stress and tension seem to disappear. I switched to this tea to relax me instead of an alcoholic drink and it seems to actually work much better. At night I drink a cup 30 minutes before bedtime and I have a very good night sleep and feel very refreshed in the morning. I highly recommend this tea.
