This is usually one of my favorite Decaf Earl Grey teas This is usually one of my favorite Decaf Earl Grey teas. But this particular package was not great. There was powder tea all over the box even though it had plastic wrapping around it. and all the paper bags that held the tea bags were open and tea bags fall out of them every time I pick one out of the box because I keep forgetting that these ones are not closed properly. I think this package was badly put together at the factory and it does not have the usually perfume and flavor.

delicious I love it. It has the most natural and enjoyable flavor of all the decaf earl greys I’ve tried. I wouldn’t go back to something like Bigelow after this. One potential small problem: the glue in the packaging dries out, so by the time I receive and unwrap the tea, the box has fallen completely apart and all the individually-wrapped bags have opened. It doesn’t bother me but I point it out.

Serious packaging problems Great tasting decaf tea, but lately it’s been very poorly packaged. Every box I’ve purchased in the last three months is full of tea bags that are not sealed. There must be some problems at the factory, which gives me some concerns about the overall quality and handling of the tea itself. Will not buy again.
