It’s hard to find anything but green tea out there these days and I just really don’t like it. I found a red tea mix I loved at Trader Joe’s and they quit making it. So I pulled out the box and read the ingredients and decided I could mix up my own. I add cinnamon stick, cloves, fresh dried orange rind, orange oil, chicory and aniseed.
