After noon tea anybody? Davidson Ceylon OP black 16oz. This black tea has a good large leaf size as the grade is Orange Pekoe (which refer to black tea leaf size not the flavor). Produces a good color after 4 to 5 minutes of brewing (mashing) in a pot. if you have a cool room or having tea on the deck, get a cover on the pot to keep it hot(a ski hat is fine, mines red). Smooth, a bit inconsistent We have purchased several bags of Davidson’s tea – love that they are certified organic and are reasonably-priced. The Ceylon has become a favorite for my daughter and me. It it smooth and is delicious black or holds up well to milk. It does need to be steeped carefully as it can become bitter if left too long.
