No flavor at all, not even a hint. I have recently purchased this tea and even though I do appreciate that it is fairly traded I am not impressed with the flavor. Based on the description of the product it is “vanilla rooibos” tea but this tea is lacking not just rooibos flavor but vanilla flavor as well.If you are looking for flavorful tea you need to find another product since this item does not meet expectations.
this is a nice subtle tea that is great with a bit o honey and some extra vanilla added to it. It smells nice in the tea bag, but the flavor is quite subtle once made into tea. If you want a stronger tea, add two bags or reduce the amount of water to 6 ounces and the flavor stands out more. This is all natural and organic, so worth the trade off. For the price, I would buy again.
