Being featured on cooking channel caused a shortage at the Chinese grocery stores Yes, this is the tea that was apparently featured on one of the cooking channels and all of a sudden, it is unavailable from the oriental markets. Pretty good if you like lichee I make iced tea with it, but have also had it hot. You can definitely taste the lichee, but it’s not overpowering.
