This is a brightly aromatic, floral, and distinctive tea that is one of the most revered and sought after type of tea in China. It is sometimes also known as Ti Kuan Yin or Iron Goddess Oolong Tea. This is a slightly fermented tea that sits between highly fermented black teas and unfermented green and white teas. This allows it to combine the best of both worlds – the great floral taste and aroma of black teas with all the health benefits of green and white teas. Expect a mild flavor note of white orchids when beginning to sip and a very smooth and crisp finish. The leaves are tightly packed into circular shapes that unfurl as you steep. As with our other oolongs, it is good for various infusions.
Treat your guests to a flavorful cup of Goddess Oolong Tea, and you’re sure to impress with your impeccable global taste and refined elegance.

Oolong Tea Brewing Guidelines:
Water Temperature: 195°F, Leaf to Water Ratio: 1 tablespoon per 8 ounces, Steep Times: 1-2 minutes (1st infusion), 2-3 minutes (2nd infusion), 3-4 minutes (3rd infusion). We encourage you to experiment with the quantity of tea leaves and the length of the steep time to find your desired brew strength. Varying the water temperature isn’t recommended, as water that is too hot will over-extract the bitter components of tea, while water that is too cool might not fully draw out the aromas and flavors of the tea.
