Delicious! This tea is unlike any other. Most herbal teas literally taste like dirt, but this one does not. It is delicious, even with no sweetener! I’ve been drinking this for years and I’ll keep buying it as long as they make it. I love that I can get it quick from Amazon!

Glenn Hanseler says:

Great taste i was searching Amazon for tea that is supposed to induce relaxation and sleep. I,m not sure about that specification is true…..but it is to me the best tasting tea, with just the right amount of cinnamon flavoring.

Blue Moon says:

Nothing like it! This stuff is so-o-o-o good! I like tea, but this is in a different category entirely. It is slightly sweet, but not an artificial taste. I don’t like sugar or honey in my tea, and this sweetness is just right for me. The “spicy” part comes from cinnamon. There is enough cinnamon that it has a little kick to it. From the first taste, I’m afraid I’m hopelessly addicted.
