Authentic Bubble Tea house milk tea This brand milk tea powder makes authentic Bubble Tea House milk tea. When I made it and serve it to friends they thought it tasted just like the Bubble Tea places that charge $4 a cup. It includes both tea, sugar, and milk powder together you may want to increase the sweetness with sugar.Takes 2 Tablespoon scoops, mix with 8 oz of water and 4-5 ice cups blend it in a blender til smooth. I add a little bit of half&half for extra creamy or frothiness.
Pretty close to what I remember from Taiwan This mix got pretty close to the milk tea I had in Taiwan a few years ago. I had to convert the units on the package into something I understood first to get the units right. For future reference 150cc = 5.10 ounces and 20 grams = 4 teaspoons.Otherwise it worked out good. I mixed in some of the 5 minutes black pearls I bought off amazon as well.
Average tea mix It is very convenient as you add water and it’s a done deal. Either hot or cold, tastes great. But I would rather say, it is very sweet (I taste a lot of honey* flavor)If you like sweet and creamy tea, go for it. But if you’re more like me who likes taste of black tea, this tea mix is just too sweet with weak tea flavor. I would rather brew my own strong tea and add milk and boba and sugar.Give it a try, this tea mix just was not for me 😛
