Not very happy. Bought this as a Christmas present for my mother so I can’t tell you what it tastes like. I was a little disappointed at the presentation – they just threw all of the packs in a box, no organization whatsoever. I’m going to have to go in and make it a little more eye appealing. I also dropped my rating because, after going thru the contents, I was missing the honey packs, missing one flavor totally, and another flavor was substituted.
Received all flavors. Great flavor and quality. Wanted to start getting into tea’s and was recommended this brand. Got the sampler to test it out and was what I wanted. Yes, the packaging they send it in can use some work. It came in a small cardboard box but thankfully I was able to just put the tea bags in a tin box I had laying around and made it look presentable. Happy with my purchase I received everything in the product photo: 3 of each flavor plus 3 honey crystal packets. I was worried about not getting everything as some other reviewers mentioned since I got this to split up between my friend and me. But I got everything I was supposed to and I’ve only tried one so far but it was very good. Expiration date clearly marked and not for a long time also. Happy with my purchase.
