Weak; Includes Vanilla; Bizarre Interpretation of Chai I’m a big fan of most Harney and Sons tea blends. Their Chai is strange and not in a good way. The addition of vanilla in this tea does not work – this tea tastes like their Paris blend with some spices. It is not strong and requires at least two bags instead of one to get a decently robust flavor that will hold up to milk. Mighty Leaf’s Masala Chai is really good and a world apart from this bizarre interpretation of Chai.
I love Harney & Son Teas I love Harney & Son Teas. Used to get Paris, then I switched to Birthday Blend – still drink it on occasion, but my every day go to is Black Chai. Try it.
