the gold standard This is the tea I measure all other teas by, the “gold standard” if you will. Prepared properly, it makes _excellent_ iced tea. (Do_not_ boil_bags! This makes a _bitter_brew.) Hot, it’s a wonderful alternative coffee, unless you’re like me (I don’t drink coffee) and it is my hot beverage of choice.
