I have bought here on Amazon different brands of matcha I have been a matcha drinker for approximately 4 years now. Although I drink it everyday, I have not succumbed to buying the ceremonial grade matcha yet. It can get bitter if too much is used, or water is too hot. Once you find the balance of water temp and how to use for the size of cup you are using, this is not an issue.
