Great for IC flares If you suffer from IC or any type of bladder pain, this tea is very soothing. It provides a protective coat for your bladder which in turn reduces the pain. It has a mild flavor that in my opinion is easy to drink, and I am pretty picky about drinking or taking things that are not so good! I also take marshmallow root caplets, great for painful bladder sufferers.
