Root Beer it is…. We like the flavor, and yes it does taste like root beer. This rooibos can tolerate multiple steepings, and it does keep its flavor each time. The only issue worth mentioning is the consistency of the product. We have brewed this in a glass pot, and it tends to clog the holes so water cannot flow through easily.
