(2) The tea is solid medium grade Assam, rather than a blend of Ceylon and Assam, so the tea itself is more on the soft and soothing end of the spectrum than the bold and complex end. Bright and floral but definitely lacking the body a good breakfast tea needs I’ve become concerned with Mighty Leaf’s organic Breakfast whole leaf tea, the leaves are coming in smaller and smaller pieces.So I ordered this to try. It’s a bright, flavorful tea that comes in large unbroken leaves but it is missing body. I contacted them about this earlier this year, and asked if there’s another of their teas they could recommend for more body.
