Good taste and aroma I’m not sure about the claims of weight loss or anything else this tea claims to do. I bought this for relaxing and it seems to help with that.The tea comes in a pretty neat tin. I like that you can reuse the few times. I don’t drink 5 cups in a day so haven’t tried that yet, but I can get 3 or 4. Very good oolong I was pretty disappointed in Oolong from amazon until I got it from this seller.It’s not great by any stretch, but it’s very good and dirt cheap for its quality.The leaves are also nicely rolled so they are stored in greatly reduced volume. I can easily steep for the 6th, 7th and even 8th time to be used as iced tea.
Effective I take this tea as a post-workout drink and it’s been more effective than any of the diet pills I’ve been taking. I’ve lost 7 lbs in two weeks and now my self-confidence has never been higher. Aside from that I’ve been feeling much more energetic and healthy.
