I really recommend this. Here is all I have to say. I was 312 pounds and then I started using this tea with my diet with combination of green tea 3 times a day and I went down to 149lbs. Lots of water. This and hethy eating will be the key for major success. I really recommend this.

Sometimes I combine it with green tea and white tea to make a very strong tea.I suppose the tea experts would frown on this but in a dream the Buddha spoke to me and said “Make tea the way you like it and to hell with experts”As always, I follow the Buddha’s advice.
Haven’t found anything better than Prince of Peace teas — good value too Iâm a Canadian tea-drinker and have my favorites. Black tea with a bit of cream and stevia is my get-up-in-the morning choice. But afternoon I go to green tea, matcha, and oolong. Actually, sometimes I mix 2 or 3 different teas into my 16-ounce mug, put the cap on for 5 to 10 minutes, and then flavor it with stevia. It stays warm for about an hour, and I sip it over that period of time. Thatâs one way to get at least 3 servings of tea a day; and sometimes I do it twice for 6 servings…
