Favorite Peppermint Tea, favorite price I love Peppermint tea, but so many brands are just insipid, as if they were re-used tea leaves soaked in peppermint extract. But I’ve loved Stash tea since a friend who worked at Starbucks gave me a box. The peppermint flavor hits you right out of the bag. And now, thanks to Amazon, I can afford Stash; a couple 100-count boxes generally lasts me a year (I sometimes steep the teabag twice and still have a cup that is as flavorful as many of the competitors).
Tea Reviews of different types as I try them… PEPPERMINT – This is one of my staple tisanes. I love this when my tummy is upset (or I’m upset), or after a heavy meal. It is only Peppermint Leaves…nothing else. Makes for a refreshing hot drink that leaves your mouth feeling cool with each sip. It would be good with a bit of sugar if you like it sweet (like an after-dinner peppermint candy) but I drink it plain and it’s delicious. I’m never without a good Peppermint tisane.
