Quite annoyed as everything I read suggested that these were individually wrapped bags in foil packets.They are not.Instead they come in pairs of sachets, in a box that, once opened, offers no protection for oils and flavors.Be prepared to stash them immediately in a sealed tin or tupperware!The scent and flavor, however, are vastly superior to the equivalent from Twinings, and I’ve sampled both.
Should I even try to see what it tastes like? The box came crushed; the sachets got dust every where, inside and outside. It’s so dirty that I am speechless. It’s the first time I received something so bad. Unbelievable.Update: to be fair, when I looked past all the presentations and physical conditions, the taste of this tea is pretty good.
