The Winner! I tested Tega and Davidson’s, taking samples from the large bags of each. For each test, I put three teaspoons into the Forlife Brew-In Mug stainless tea infuser with lid. Tega had the best flavor and was not as finely chopped as the Davidson’s. Delicious! Personally, I prefer the flavor of Tega to Davidson’s–it is mellow and on the sweet side, whereas Davidson’s has a kind of smoky tang.
Tastes good 🙂 Too fine 🙁 The flavor is good, better than other Rooibos teas I’ve tried. The texture of the tea is too fine for my infuser, and while it is rather inconvenient it is also a problem that could easily be solved with a different infuser I suppose.
Good value The price is definitely good, but I agree with one of the reviewer, the tea is too finely chopped!! I use one of those stainless steel mesh ball and a lot of tiny part leak out make the tea kind of messy. You’ll need to get those tea bag for it too keep everything in. I drink this tea purely for its health benefits.
