The processing involves exposing the fresh tea leaves to nitrogen gas under controlled conditions. I recommend drinking this tea gong-fu style I recommend drinking this tea gong-fu style. It can easily last 7-8 steepings if done properly. First steeping I would recommend about 20-30 sec, however for the second and third I do just 15 sec and get a flavorful cup . I would describe the taste as notes of raisin and butterscotch, with no grassy touches of greener oolongs. It also has a nice oaky aftertaste that lingers for quite a while.
