Think I’ll stick with this one Quite honestly, I don’t like herbal teas, but I’ve been drinking them most of my adult life because they’re good for me. You can add various milks and sweeteners, but mostly I take mine straight and think pleasant thoughts.

One bag is good for four cups… I used to drink Linden tea every once in a while while living in the Mediterranean region (where I come from). That is a quite popular herbal tea in that region and it is said that it helps relieving the symptoms of cold in the winter time. It may be partially true but, I drink it mostly because of the flavor. It is also a good replacement for tea or coffee if you want to avoid extra stimulant action before bed time.

Auga says:

Great for colds and fewer! It is a must-have tea for people who get colds often. My mom used to make me linden tea when I was sick as a kid. It seems to help with fewer.
