Not for everyone! barely pooped. I used it to help me clear out my system so I could start a diet and I didn’t even poop at all. I felt more bloated than before I drank the tea. I thought maybe I had to drink more cups but that didn’t help so I gave up and switched to laxatives. Might work for other but didn’t work for me and I’m sad because I really wanted something softer than legitimate laxatives. Oh well
Useless for me. It doesn’t really help me “go” unfortunately.
I regularly use the super slim tea but that is too harsh to use … I regularly use the super slim tea but that is too harsh to use during pregnancy so I opted for this tea instead. It’s much gentler and works just as quickly, it takes about twelve hours to take effect and does not leave you feeling bloated like otc pills do.
