Decaffination removal process has been changed! Be warned! Loved this product for the last 2 years. The new shipment came in with ânaturally â dropped from the box. I contacted twinnings and asked if they changed their caffeine removal process and they said yes! Now they use a chemical solvent. Not the co2 method like before! Thats the reason i started drinking their tea to begin with! Yikes. No thanks. I would have gladly paid more to keep the co2 method. They lost me as a customer.
