you’ll still need your Ambien… but it tastes quite good. I’m not much one for herbal teas, preferring the typical black breakfast teas instead. And this tea is not going to make you not need your Ambien, or Rozerem, or Lunesta, etc… but it is pretty tasty. The spearmint is the top note in the flavor, but it’s not overwhelming at all. This is a mild, pleasant, easy-to-drink tea in the evenings when I need a hot beverage but not any caffeine. Best when steeped 5 minutes and with real sugar added to taste.
So good This is the best tea for the herbal tea lovers. It’s subtle and calming. I’m not sure about any sleep-inducing effects, but just having a nice hot cup of herbal tea with lots of camomile calms me down 🙂
Great On A Cold Night I have been drinking this at night for a couple of weeks on and off. Though I find this tea a little weak, I do like the taste of the spearmint in this tea…. and depending on the brew time you can bring out a stronger back note of chamomile and lemongrass. This tea tastes great with lemon or honey. Personally I don’t feel much of a calming effect, but all and all this is a great tasting tea… especially on a cold night.
