This tea is wonderful! I love to drink it in the evening … This tea is wonderful! I love to drink it in the evening while wearing a face mask or reading a book. Wonderful with one bag or two if you like it stronger. Very relaxing, with smooth flavors. It doesn’t need sugar, but I am sure it is fine with it. I do not recommend adding sugar as that contradicts the aspect of getting healthy, happy skin.In regards to results with skin, I highly recommend adding this to your beauty regimen! Excellent This is very nice, and so far my favorite. I was worried that the cinnamon would overpower the vanilla but it doesn’t. The vanilla also does not overpower the cinnamon, which is to say that the balance is perfectly blended in my opinion. It feels soothing to drink this. Curling up with a good book with a hot cup of this tea beside me is sheer heaven.
Will buy again Let’s get real: tea isn’t going to do anything for your skin. No duh.The only benefit you get is from the extra water.Having said that, this tea is delicious and smells amazing. I love it!
