Great tea I finally stepped up and bought a multi-pack after buying a couple of the regular boxes. I like the taste, and it does seem to make me feel better more quickly after particularly hard workouts. I’ve been doing physical therapy where the sessions are over 90 minutes long and high intensity, and always feel better if I have some of this tea that day.
I used to hate green tea until I found this brand… I always found green tea to be bitter. Not this tea. It actually tastes good. I love almost all of the flavors of Yogi tea.
