Product Features

  • Originally from Lion Peak Mountain (Shifeng Mountain) in West Lake area where the best quality Dragon Well originated
  • Picked before Qingming Festival (Tomb-Sweeping Day) around the beginning of April, regarded to have better taste and higher quantity of Amino Acid, Flavonoids and Polyphenols than is typical for other green teas.
  • Only finest tea shoots picked with one bud and one or two leaves.

Along with the sweetness you will also enjoy the lightly chestnut and floral aroma and wonderfully complex taste. A balanced tea, strong, and with a finish that remains true to its great reputation!
  • Beautiful sword shape and emerald color. As 2015 early spring tea, our tea have some “snow” in the name because of the profusion of downy buds.

Sneaky Burrito says:

excellent flavor, large leaves This review is for the “lapsang souchong” variety. Please note this is an *unsmoked* lapsang souchong (which is actually perfect for me, as I’m not fond of the smoky flavor, but if you are looking for the smoky flavored tea, this product is not what you want).

Whistlers Mom says:

The most delicious tea I’ve ever tasted I love hot tea. I was drinking tea back when most Americans only drank it when they were sick. I’m also a life-long avid reader and I’ve read about a lot of things that I’ve never actually seen. But “rock tea” was a new one to me.
