This is a great pot for making one small cup of tea This is a great pot for making one small cup of tea. I like to drink small cups throughout the day. It is perfect for my purposes.
Definitely better than the cups I got from Yunnan Sourcing This Gaiwan is making a big difference in the quality of my tea brewing! I was pleasantly surprised. Definitely better than the cups I got from Yunnan Sourcing. It seems to hold flavors great and impart it’s own, lovely earthy undertones. Great for a recovering alcoholic like myself that craves “adult” flavors!
My personal pu-er tea bowl I have several of the purple clay pots, each assigned to a specific tea, and enjoy using them. When I bought a new pu-er tea, I wanted a gaiwan to use with it. This was a perfect choice. It hasn’t had sufficient time to absorb the flavors yet; only time will tell if this is truly a Wuxi bowl.
