tired of this Bought my girlfriend this mug for xmas. Let her open it early. The mug was chipped. Returned it and had it overnighted to be here by xmas eve. The lid didn’t fit. Returned it again. After returning my mug twice because of defects, the third mug I received still came with a lid that DOESN’T FIT. Perfect for individual tea servings! I have a similar tea cup from another company. I use it multiple times a day with South African Organic Red Rooibos tea. (Found here on Amazon.) I am so glad I found this Sweese cup. It is quite a bit nicer in design and the lid as a coaster is brilliant. Invaluable addition to my kitchen.
Great, discreet product for the price After one use, I am very happy with my purchase. I bought his mug for the sole purpose of having a compact, fewer parts and pieces method of steeping loose tea leaves at my desk at work. It definitely fulfills that purpose. If you steep with the lid on, the condensation does run down the cap when you take the lid off, so I spilled a bit, but not a problem.
