Beautiful, Minimal, with a Wonderful Lustre Liked them so much, I just bought another set! These teacups are beautiful in a minimalist way and have a wonderful subdued lustre to them. They are the opposite of the gaudy teacups I normally see offered for sale. They are low, rest on 4 small feet and are perfect for Asian tea services where the portions are small. I plan to use mine to hold condiments as well as to serve small appetizers to my guests. Note: these are small and only hold a few ozs.
Delightfully pretty, but I measured, I even filled something with 65 ml of water. Yet I was unprepared for how SMALL these are. They hold a sip of water. A tablespoon or two. Honestly unsure what they would be FOR. Delightfully pretty, but . . .
Nice thick tea bowls. Nice thick porcelin which holds temerature well and insulates the fingers from heat.
