Beat butter, sugar and vanilla until soft and fluffy. Add egg and beat until combined. Sift over all dry ingredients, combine. Add milk, mix. Roll dough into balls
flatten slightly and make an indent in the middle with a small spoon. Add Raspberry jam in the indent. Cook for 10-15mins at 350F.
