Disappointed. Not durable. Peeling. Coating is peeling from the bottom after a couple of weeks (see photo). It was used very carefully taking it to the office and back. Not in any extreme situations or trips.Other than that I was happy with the design and functionality.
The paint or coating peeled off. The product will hold the temperature pretty good but the quality of the paint or coating is so bad. After 3 weeks of use, the paint or coating started peeling off the tumbler.
Chemical smell and chunks coming off lid I had great hope for this cup. It smelled chemically when I opened the box first off. Then when I thoroughly washed it, chunks of plastic/black residue came off the lid. I dried it then placed it back in the box to return immediately.
