THIS THING IS GENIUS! I’ve been making cold brew for ages…and it’s so annoying and messy having to strain it after! This TUBE is genius! Saves me the mess and the fuss, fits perfectly in my mason jars, is sleek and well made, and most importantly makes a meannnn cup o’ joe. Definitely ordering a few to have on hand for hostess gifts and buying a couple more for myself so I can have a few jars on hand in the fridge!
And the verdict is …. CLEAR with no chance of SILT! Long-story short: Delicious brew, well-made product, easy to clean.I hate muddy coffee. And I’m impatient. Like, too impatient to follow directions. And I knew they’d probably tell me to use a coarse grind. Which I didn’t want to do, because that would’ve involved a trip to the store.Anyway, with a qualm or two I loaded the Tube with some grocery-store Starbucks because I wanted to get things going right away. Tomorrow eventually came, and my morning brew was ALL CLEAR…
Great Cold Brew Travel Option! Bought this for my partner who is having to spend a night or two away from home each week for work. He is unable to use his usual steeping system for cold brew because of the large carafe. Thought this would be an easy portable way for him to make his cold brew in the hotel. He tried it this week and loves it! I think I will get another to keep in our camper because the mason jars fit so much better in the fridge or cooler than the larger carafes he uses at home. Thanks for a great product!
