Please note that all our Japanese teapots are pretty small – you can fit 15oz of water in these filled to the top, but you can’t brew more than about 11oz comfortably in this size teapot. The best tea pot for personal use I’ve had three now over many years, and the ergonomic design of the handles are perfect for carrying. Most have a handle that is either too big for hands or the curve is not right.Pro tip: The screen that comes with the pot will crinkle and shrivel a bit over time. I find disposable tea bags for loose leaf teas much more convenient, as it gets harder to wash tea out of the screens as they age.
