Note: its normal if your kettle exposes spot or rust on the stainless steel bottom after the first use, If the water quality in your area is so hard.

Stainless Steel?? Stains Appeared After Very First Use – UPDATED The product seems well made, and usage is safe, simple and convenient. But I’m disappointed – bad stains appeared on the bottom of the unit AFTER THE VERY FIRST TIME IT WAS USED. (See photo attached). I only use purified water… and I also tried ‘descaling’ the unit using vinegar and water (as the manual directs). Contrary to seller’s claims, it is not seamless The seller’s (Arovast) Sept 17, 2018 answer to one of the questions about the product states “Meanwhile, the inside of this kettle is seamless.”. The inside of the kettle is definitely not seamless, as there is a clear seam around the bottom of the inside of the kettle, where the bottom joins with the sidewalls.
