Weak compared to boxes from local store Very weak tea. I use this tea a lot and am very disappointed that the 4 bags in a package version is nothing like the individual bags I usually purchase. I brewed two tea bags of the usual individually wrapped kind from a local store the night before I received this package. The two bags I brewed in 16oz of water and were very dark and flavorful. Not same product as comes in the 20bag/carton. I thought I was buying the same teabags that come in the 20 bag carton, only that these would come 4 to a foil pack. Wrong! 4 teabags are crammed into a heavy plastic pouch that is hard to open, and the teabags are different in design. The regular bags are flow through and in a loop, so the tea has more exposure to the water. These bags are a simple pouch, just like cheap tea comes in. Faulty tea bags Excellent tea. HOWEVER, so far every box has had one or more teabags that cannot be opened without ripping. Some have the sting incorporated into the seal and cannot be dislodged. Some have the string attached at the wrong end. Some are entwined causing more tears. We have had to throw out more than 2 dozen tea bags so far — and we have 3 cartons — not sure how many more will be found this way. Obviously there’s someone new packing them and there’s a need for more training and quality…
